Just ordered a set of Adam's rotors but I wasnt sure which pads to get. I was thinking of just getting the OEM ones as this is my DD. Open to other suggestions as well. My biggest pet peeve are squeaky brakes.

If you want improved brake performance but don't mind a bit more dust the
Stoptech Street pads are a nice upgrade, they require a pretty aggressive bed-in but once they're bedded they really are a good set. Mine never squeaked

I would recommend hawk Street 5.0 super low dust and just as powerful in stopping as the stop techs. I had stop tech pads for 8k miles and they would leave so much pad residue that I would get brake judder. If you are an aggressive driver or track the car the stop techs will do. Maybe because I have a 6MT and don't really use the brakes as much as an auto would.

I noticed marked improvement in pedal feel after a simple brake bleed. This was after owning the car for 3 years (bought new). The brakes bit sooner and better feel. I dont drive too aggressively with the winter tires. I expect even better results once the summer tires are back on.

Fluid that came was a medium honey color; not quite as clear as new fluid.

I have the optional NISMO R-Spec pads. No squeal. I can't really comment on if they dust more than stock, since I replaced the OE pads the first week I had the car.

2012 Infiniti G Sedan R Spec High Friction Brake Pads | Infiniti Part Number D1060-JL051

$86 for the fronts.

So those will fit my Akebono's? Any part numbers for the rears?

I'll also look into the stop tech's.

Pretty good. They don't like the cold and I had some sqeaking at very VERY low speeds. But now that it is warming up now, they're pretty quiet. Bite hard too. Good pads for the price.

I will say, they're a bit dusty, but I wash/clean my car habitually so it doesn't bother me.

The R-Specs are for the sport brakes, not the base sliding calipers.

I just had my slotted brake performance rotors installed today using OEM pads. Not racing this thing so very happy with the results. The bite is fantastic.
