Will G37s or journey oem springs fit on a G37x Coupe

I'd like to install springs that make my car sit at the same level as the S or Journey model. Can i install OEM S or Journey springs on my X coupe... without any problems...?

The rears should change out but the fronts are a different design and I believe the front AWD springs are shorter. Haven't seen both side by side though

The front AWD springs are about 1" taller. Thus, when installed the car sits .6" higher than a non X model.

I knew they were different, but the other direction, lol.
Might be worth a shot if the coil diameters are the same.
