You'll be OK to drive it but since you're .7 out on the right front your inner tread on your right front tire may have accelerated wear. It's your call, but like I said you might want to drive it for a while and see how it wears, and if the car pulls to one side when driving and when applying the brakes then I'd for sure say get the camber arm and a new alignment. What are you dropped on and how long since you installed the drop?

Wish I was an expert on alignment data, just looking over your chart it seems a bit odd that your Steering Axis Inclination (SAI) and Included Angle on your left front are so far under spec. You might want to consult your alignment tech on that issue. Just seems strange to have the rest of your numbers (w/ the exception of the camber in the right front) so in line and in spec but that aspect of your left front so far off
