G35s 6mt sedan OE springs on a g37xs sedan?
I sold my '08 g35s 6mt sedan with the h&r springs on it and have a set of stock springs still in the basement. Will those springs fit my '10 g37xs and give it a slightly lower stance?

Not a good idea because spring rates will be different since a g35s is a rwd platform whereas your '10 g37xs is AWD therefore heavier.

Conclusion: dont do it.

The extra weight is what would lower an X slightly compared to a stock g37s, which is what I'm after. Is the concern that the ride quality would degrade?

throw some eibach or swifts on there...i wouldn't mess around with the oems

I want a very very slight drop though, most aftermarket drops I've seen look great but are just too impractical.

I already have my low car, I just want to reduce wheel gap on my dd

Swift seems the choice du jour for a mild spring drop on the Xs I think it's just a little little less of a drop than the Eibachs.

I found this on swift... I think I'm going to try the g35s springs I have. Aftermarket is just too low, I want to drive normal over all bumps and driveways.

2010 G37xs is 275lbs heavier than a 2008 G35s 6mt...thats just like having a fat friend riding shotgun.. I wonder if it'll even lower it or if the 370z spring is the way to go.
