Without a doubt the most transformative (in terms of ride quality) modification for the money. Nothing else I have done to date has had a more significant, positive impact.

Just make sure you buy a proven brand that is adjustable.
Thanks! Can't wait to order mine now lol.

both eibach and hotchkis use aftermarket polyurethane bushings while the stillen reuses your stock bushings. the poly bushings are stiffer and last longer but need to be greased to prevent unwanted noise. search for stillen sways and you will find some concern, but im not sure what the consensus is about the new revised version.

My first mod was Eibach sways, there are plenty of write ups on the topic but long story short, it has been on of the best mods as far as instant ride difference. I have mine set on the medium/soft setting for daily driving and it is night and day. on and off ramp clover leafs are more enjoyable.

Good thread OP, I have been wondering the same thing.

I was curious, does the oversteer tendencies get noticably higher with a rear sway, enough where it could be an issue doing daily driving?

Price is comparable Eibach vs. Hotchkis- which one should I go with? '08 g37s coupe- DD with auto-x thrown in occassionally.

Same decision I'm trying to make. It seems like no one has much bad to say about either. I've looked through a few reviews and havnt found to many negatives. Although eibachs front sways are adjustable while hotchkis only has the rear that is adjustable.

Thanks agaim everyone for the great info!!

Thank you for the quick reply.

I've mod several cars and in each case the sway bars. I think it's the single best mod for the money and performance. I will only do a couple of mods to this car. Sway bars, would like to replace the auto shifter with the M37/56 sport (if possible) and slightly darken my headlights / tails. I'm not too comfortable with the latter yet.
