AirRide Help...

I've just switched out my KW's for a AirRex bellow struts and Accurair management.

I have a few issues and hope that someone can help me out.

1) After the accuair calibration, on a level surface and on driving level (setting 2), the rear of the car drops on its on and comes back up on its own. If I turn off the drive monitor mode, this issue stops... I have the shop double checking the rear sensors today.

2) When I took the car out for a test drive, I notice that the car was very stiff and the ride was no where near the smoothness of my coilovers. I know its all in the setup, so looking for some help. Currently the dampening setting on the struts are 8F 8 R (4 clicks down from the stiffest setting). I do not have a monitor system yet, so I do not know how much PSI in each bag.

Any insight will be helpful.

I am pretty sure this is normal. We tested ours and opened the trunk while putting weight on it and saw how the height adjusted on it's own.

Any questions, contact our installer Danny at Slammered Inc. He will let you know about any questions or concerns you may have. He has installed our AirRex and Accuair setups and is very knowledgable.

How long have you had the Accuair in? The management will learn your car's suspension over time for quicker adjustments. Great thing about eLevel is that it will adjust pressure to level your car by detecting travel in suspension vs pressure sensors managements.

What type of bags do you have in the rear? Sounds like you may have too much air in the bags for ride height.
