The sport brakes on my G37S convertible have started to whistle and I am at 17K miles. For those of you that have changed your brake pads, how long did the original pads last? What did the stealership charge for replacement? Thanks.

 

Is there any brake judder/vibration whilst braking too?

 

im at 27000 kilometers and my brakes squeal like crazy when stopping at low speeds. it sounds like shat. its the sport brakes that squeal more the dealership said cuz of the pads are mettalic or semi mettalic. can use stop squeal but it will make the pads wear faster.

 

Try a little brake pad lube on the back of the pads where they sit in the caliper. It is a 10 minute fix!
