dropping 2011 G37x - BC or Eibachs or others?

dropping 2011 G37x - BC or Eibachs or others?

I'm overwhelmed with all the mixed opinions. I have a lease, so the BC coilovers might not work since you have to drill into trunk, right?

going with eibachs, will the ride suffer greatly and would this way be the best so I can go back to stock in 3 years?

any suggestions would be great, willing to spend the $ to do it right but also need to think about the 3 year mark and returning the car.

For three years, the least expensive option IMO is lowering springs.

I prefer Eibach, but you'll have to do some research to see which ones suit you best.

I've ran Eibachs on my last 2 Infinitis. I recommended them for my friends sedan and he's been really happy!

^^ i have bc coils on my X coupe. No drilling needed. The adjustment ***** are now on the side, rather than the top

ok, so i've been on the BC's since July and I'm ripping them all off. I just wish another option was available for the AWD but this product is CRAP! yes, the ride was tight and I loved it for the first few months but now I want to call them BC Squeek overs, noiseovers, crapovers? you name it, they suck

Yup- and believe me- I love the look and tight feel but the squeaks and noise are so annoying- the back end feels like the struts are cracked - but there aren't - even in the softest setting- which I tried yesterday and even worse of a ride!

I'm sorry to hear your troubles. I've had my BC's on for almost 30k miles and have had no problems with it.

Have you lubed your sway bars recently by any chance?

I agree with this. After about 3,000km my rears started making a clunk/pop noise going over washboard roads. I thought the front was making noise as well but that was my swaybar bushings. I have pulled the rears apart more times than I can count, and everything is good and tight. To eliminate the sway bar in the rear I lubed the bushings and even changed the end links. Same annoying noise. To top it off, BC Racing is completely unresponsive to fixing the issue.

Swift makes a spring for our X, but it's a little more expensive than the Eibachs. They have a little less of a drop as well, but overall I think they may be the best option out there, since Eibach doesn't make a set of springs for the 11 X sedan.

Yes- BC has deceided not to respond to me too- not even a returned email. Some customer service
