I think this might not be the place to post this but i wanted as much input from u guys has i could get. I'm on Eibach right now but come winter i will have to put oem springs back on because of height. Question is, if i put some coilovers (wich i will do eventually anyway) can i set them up to highest ride setting in the winter and lower them come spring time. Somebody told me not to go that way because of salt/sand they put on the roads. Can anybody confirm this or is this a myth.

 

I guess technically you could but it will also depend on the brand of coils as some wont go high enough to achieve that stock height.

Salt will eventually damage them just like everything under the car.

It would probably look silly to be at the full extents of the CO's, in either direction. And you're going to want to get your alignment checked each time you move those CO settings to such extremes.

It can get expensive. Invest in a one-time, lifetime alignment package.
