Clicking noise possibly from suspension?

Anyone have the following going on as well with their G37 coupe?

I hear a slight clicking noise coming from the rear, undercarriage, possibly suspension. I can barely hear it when the car is at 30-45mph, but can't hear anything at cruising speed, and hear it clearly when driving at 10-20mph and the windows down. It's almost rhythmic in occurrence, i.e.-happens at a certain point in tire rotation. The noise only happens after driving the car for a bit; after first day startup and drive off from home, the sound does not occur. I think it's the suspension because when I close the trunk, I get the sound and it sounds like it's in the suspension. It doesn't appear to bother how the car drives at all. I've also gotten the sound when I've slammed the door shut with a little more than normal force. But today, after getting home and letting the car sit for a while, I came out, tried the trunk door close test, and no sound.

The car is lowered on KW Coils, SPL rear camber arms, cat back Invidia exhaust, stock wheels. No major work done in the past two months, with the last thing being the alignment(taken it in several times using lifetime alignment with no issues) and 30k service. The 30K service inspection didn't reveal anything wrong underneath and I trust that shop since it's owned by a lifelong friend.

I've searched the forums for clicking and rattling (it's not a rattle), and haven't found anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone.
