General coilover question

I plan on getting BC coilovers, but i assume this question will apply to all coilovers.

How do they fair in the winter, In Alberta it can get as cold as -45 Celsius. I assume most coilovers are made from better then OEM parts, so i have nothing to worry about correct?

the one thing you want to do is make sure you keep them clean from any snow/salt. You want to keep the threads from corroding or rusting. the "coldness" won't do a thing besides what's expected, maybe a little stiffer feel because of the parts being frozen, but that's about it.

man I don't know how you can live in that kind of weather. I store my car the second there's a hint of any snow or ice on the ground/salt. Itches at me every second until spring, but a great time to add all the goodies you want and save $$ up.

Haha i know it sucks. Especially since the G stays dirty most of the winter. Which is okay because i enjoy the big winter detail (going fron very dirty to super shiny is REALLY satisfying). Ah i got awd so i might as well put it to good use. I must say though infiniti AWD is great! Beats the hell out of my parents Lexus RX330
