eibach is a good setup but will kill the shocks and struts faster. but i will tell you from my experience. just leave it and drive it.

for the X you have many a couple of options. 1. BC coils 2. Eibach Springs for the X 3. H&R for a more moderate drop 4. Tein S techs (from the first gen sedan).

Jarena your car looks nice but for some reason you don't like the look. I have BC coils sitting in my garage but I'm too broke to get them installed. Plus the BCs will slam the car nice.

From past sales, the Eibach's seem to be the most popular. They give a nice drop as well, but as others said, your stock shocks will end up wearing out quicker.

The BC coilovers are another great option. They give you a really nice amount of adjusability. Ive had several local customers purchase them, and they have been very pleased.

Jarena - I am diggin the look of your car ALOT!

I was planning on dropping my X next spring, but if it does make it harder on the shocks, etc I don't think it's worth it. I wonder though, if something does break down on the car due to the drop, is it still covered by infiniti's warranty?

absolutely not covered under warranty, the local stealership is always looking for a reason to get out of warranty.

well, the breakdown has to be directly related to the suspension. if you broke down, say because of a broken tranny, it would still be covered under warranty because a drop wouldn't effect that part. now say if any part of your suspension failed, then absolutely it wouldn't be covered by warranty.

I think dropped G's look nice, but if you bought the X for winter driving, why would you drop it? The car already has little clearance once the white stuff piles up.
