OEM Suspension Comparisons

Anybody know if/what the differences are between the S, non-S, and AWD coupe models in terms of their suspension? ie. Ride height, ride quality, etc.?

The reason I'm asking is because we all know how tall the AWD coupe rides, but I noticed that the non-S is a bit lower in ride height? And I'm assuming the S-model suspension is stiffer than the non-S?

Would swapping from the AWD coupe springs, to the non-S coupe springs lower the car a bit, but maintain a comfy ride?

Thanks!

I have an X model and yes I feel the road more but it's not all that bad. If I were you, I wouldn't waste money on stock suspensions, just go straight aftermarket.

non X springs will prob only drop you .5" thats how it was on the 1st gen sedans. Not really worth it just go AM.

I would, but a 1.9" and 1.6" drop is quite a bit... I've had lowered cars all my life, but I really didn't wanna lower this one that much. I hate scraping over bumps, and having to be careful of where I drive, etc lol.

So Stoof, u reckon that it's a 0.5" drop? And it's doable? (ie. non-S springs WILL fit the X?)
