370Z suspension on a G37?

I know the 350Z suspension worked for my old G35. Will the same hold true for my G37 with a 370Z? If not, what's the best suggestion for a budget friendly/performance friendly set-up? Thanks!

If you want budget friendly, just buy a used set of springs in the Marketplace section.

I think eibachs are by far the best springs on the market right now. Our vendor has them new for $209 shipped.

You need to ask yourself first, what it is you want to achieve.

No one answered the first question as far as 370Z fitting a G37. I'd like to drop the height of the vehicle an inch or so and get a little bit more responsive handling from doing so. I love the 350z set-up on my G35 and would like something similar.

It will physically fit, yes.

AFAIK noone has actually done it though, so no telling how much/even youll drop, or how stiff youll get, lol no homo.

Hey Marty,

Give it a try! I considered it but since I no longer have access to air tools, I take my car in and drop it off at the shop for suspension work. If I was able to pick up a set of 370z springs for cheap and lived at my old place, I would have put them on my car to see.

I think the 370z's drop is dead on even and it doesnt have the 2 inch fender gap that our car comes with stock.

Since it fits, give it a shot man! You can probably pick up a set of springs on their forums for cheap.

i believe that if you install the 370z springs into g37 coupe it should lower it about 1 to 2 inchs and be a little stiffer

what about aftermarket suspension parts? All my friends have stance coilovers on their cars and stance seems to put out a really solid piece of equipment and its priced pretty good to. i know they make coilovers for the 370z and if it fits the g37 i want to pick up a set soon.

How does that work out? Can you pm me his id? Id like to ask few Q's.

Something wrong with my stock shock which is mated with eibach. And im in a market for coilover... 370z suspension fitting on g37 is a good news btw But wouldnt the ride be a little awkard since its not designed for g37?

Hello, Im running Stance Gr+ OEM style coilovers on my G37.

Yes, this is true that the 370z/g37 coilovers are interchangeable.

About 5k on them so far. No problems what soever. It's all gravy.
