That is absolute 100% complete BULL****. Powdercoating calipers should not cost you more than $400. Hit up Mike the Powdercoater, I know he does amazing work. Where are you located?

They're tearing you a new one. Wait, does that include some kind of deposit that will be credited after all the work is done or is that the "out the door" price? Sounds crazy high.

There is a Group Buy going on right now with Mike the Powdercoater. His work is top notch and it doesn't cost $1100. Search for it

Ridiculous. Might as well get new calipers.

If you have a shop remove it, it'll be less than 1100-(cost of powder coating from Mike).

Well the pinstripes will be an extra $2K.

Go with Mike the powder coater in SOLISMO's GB thread. I have yet to ever hear of anyone dissatisfied with the quality of his work in the years I've known of him.

Would you mind giving me your stock calipers? I painted mine and want the stock color back, and it would be the same difference for you to get mine PC'd. I'd throw in a few bucks as well.
