Eibach Springs... Any noticeable differences in ride quality..

Does it make it much more stiff on bumps and just everyday driving.

I am planning on installing Eibachs with Hotchkis front and rear sways as soon as this weather in NY get a little better..

Just wanted some opinions on the quality of ride with the Eibachs and how much of a noticeable difference anyone has found..??

Just had mine installed at Forged 2 weeks ago...as far as ride quality, you only really feel a difference on big bumps, as there is not as much "bounce", so it can be slightly more jarring than on stocks. On the plus side, body roll is reduced which is a good thing.

As far as handling, I felt a huge difference right after they were installed, but that was because my camber and toe were all out of wack. I had it aligned on Sunday and now it really feels like it did stock.

Honestly, I dont think you would know the difference with daily driving. You will on rough roads or hard corners, but thats pretty much it. But most importantly, it gets rid of that nasty front wheel gap.

a little stiffer than stock but its worth it for the handling improvement. you cant expect 1 without the other.

Very true..

Thanks guys. I was pretty set on the eibach's as i have had them on 2 other cars now. I was just curious how significant of a difference it made...

Thanks for the input

I went from stock to tanabe's to eibach. From my observation, Tanabe was a linear spring vs eibachs progressive. I felt the tanabe's offered a much smoother ride as wasnt as harsh on bumps and rough roads, with the eibachs I feel the steering wheel a lot more and on really rough roads I sometimes feel I have to have a stronger grip on the steering wheel to control the car. Taking corners has improved, but the bumps is what annoys me, I am hoping after an alignment it will be a much smoother ride.
