Is 370z and G37 suspensions are the same?

well for 1, cars weigh different, they can't have the same suspension.. the 350Z also tended to be a tad stiffer than the G35.. I'm guessing the 370Z would want to continue that legacy lol

No way are our suspensions the same bro.. Like comparing apples to oranges... (Stock) 370Z suspension > G37 suspension (Stock) all day err day...

i think he means will it fit....most likely most suspension parts will be the same..but the weigh differences will mean different valving and spring rates...

it'll fit...just different specs on the suspension....if ur going for looks over performance, then yea, get the cheapest set u can find....if ur a hardcore enthusiast and wanna track it, then i suggest u get something that's actually designed for the g37...

well according to the article most suspension bits should bolt up. tein monoflex for the G37 bolted up so all the new 370 stuff should bolt up too

Im guessing the 370 is a McPhearson type front suspension and 5 link multi-link in the rear like the G37. Just because the 370Z weights more doesnt mean it has a different suspension. All that has to be changed are spring rates to match vehicle weight. My guess is that they are the same, except spring rates.

The suspension components will fit perfectly on a G37. Will the dampening and spring rates be correct for the G37? Maybe...maybe not.

Interesting to note, that the G35 coupe and 350Z aftermarket suspension are all the same part number for TEIN. So who knows....they may split the difference, and create one set of valving that works on both cars.
