Are a set of Project Mu pads and stainless brake lines a decent

upgrade for the OEM setup ? not looking to put on a BBK but add a little extra performance from the stock setup.

Yes they are. The PMU pads will increase your temperature range, and SS brake lines will change the feel.

I believe I'm backordered on the PMU pads, but I can get them for you.

^+1 id also recommend upgrading your brake fluid to something with a higher temp rating while you're doing the lines.

i have the MU bforce pads with Stop Tech SS lines. the brakes fading was improved ALOT and at hard stops the SS lines are a big plus!

IM also using the Motul Brake Fluid ordered from Riverside.

sorry to bring this old thread back, but im looking for performance pads that are streetable and SS lines to upgrade. do the pmu pads squeak and scream on the street? and im guessing motul rbf600 is the brake fluid to get?

I just got my Stoptech SS lines installed along with motul. Normal braking feels about the same, but its more sensitive (light braking), and you can really feel the difference on hard brakes. Thanks to Lou and the Amp crew!
