KW review.. coming from H&Rs..

Well as some of you know i picked up a set of KW variant 3 coilovers from andy over at HP autoworks.. As they were on the way i was always wondering if i made the right decision or not. Especially since the H&R springs are very stiff and my car handled pretty well. Only thing that sometimes bothered me was bottoming out on small potholes and things like that.. Well after driving my car for about 5 minutes with the KWs i could not believe the difference. Right now i have them set on level 5 for stiffness all around and it honestly rides almost like stock BUT it handles even better than with H&Rs. install time was about 3 hours.. I havent gotten an alignment yet but i plan on doing that and corner balancing pretty soon. Il post up some pictures shortly.. Another thing is these do not make ANY rattles knocking sounds or anything. They are completely silent!

KW's are by far the best coils i have ever had!!! Without a doubt they are super sick. Mine will be up for sale to shortly. Sorry to thread jack.

Price will be posted in 2 weeks once they are removed and i see the condition of them.

Then you guys can go in an all out bidding war. Highest bidder will take. I have 5 pm's now. Or you can put in your pm the bid and i might just award the KW's to you without placing a sale.

Thanks

I would only purchase KW V1's, but it looks like those don't exist for the G37s...

Either way, KW V3's should definitely be an upgrade from H&R springs.

Nice review! if it was me it would be a hard decision between KW and JIC!

What is the difference between V1 and V3?

I know they don't make V3's. V1's for other cars didn't have adjustable dampening, which is something I don't need. Only adjustability I care about is height.

Can't say enough great things about KW's! We've been running them on all of our cars for the last 3 years.

Read about our BMW 135i race debut on KW's International Motorsports Website.
