I always prefer coilovers for the adjustability. You can fine tune the ride height to your liking.

I have KW coilovers on my car.

H&R - Best look, gives you the lowest drop
however, it gives you the most problems.

I just bought the Tanabe's and got them in the mail today. Once they settle, the drop is very nice. Here's some pics:

That's funny You ask for opinions, pro's and cons, and when people tell you to go with tanabes you straight up tell them the cars look goofy I love it! Anyways, I also say go Tanabe. I think it's the perfect drop, you almost completely cut the gap between fender and tire, you have no rubbing issues, ride quality doesn't diminish, handling improves, everyone's happy! Just my .02. I guess I'm biased though, cause Goofy was always my favorite Disney character

Tanabe springs and 19's

If by goofy you meant awesome, then sure.

Thats the first pic of the Tanubes that look like they actually lowered the car. Not bad. I was totally against these at first but for a mild drop these look good to me.

That pic atually looks a little raised since Lou's car is on 20s. I'll try to post some of mine later with the oem 19s.

Well his car is on 20s and not the stock 19s. It may look a little higher with the 19s but my friend has them with 19s and it looks great.
