It was extended all the way on both sides... it "may" have fit if it was extended about a inch passed the saftey square. But then you could be driving and it come off and bam... dead...

You would need to extend it past the safety stops, and only a few threads would be holding it together. If it snaps while driving, you will immediately crash into the nearest hard object.
so didn't want to take that chance. With another 1 inch length, it should work just fine. The mounts are the same.

I found out on Infiniti website that the 4WAS package requires rear spoiler. Mine does not come with spoiler. Question answered. Thanks fellas!
Edit: But I noticed MaxToTheG37 car with 4WAS doesn't have a spoiler.
