I have no idea about the fitment, but the wiring may not be that hard. I would imagine the motors use the same connectors, and you could potentially plug them into the little white control box from the G37 seat. The seat heater wires may be different, i've seen that even across different years of Gs. If you don't mind gutting a G seat you can probably reuse some of the connectors.
