Aftermarket Headlights
There are only Chinese ones that have that sharp GTR line inside that doesn't flow with the car at all. Alpha Rex hasn't released their sedan lights yet. Morimoto announced they're starting development on sedan lights. Retrofitting is still the best way to go since most of the lights that do exist replace out 1k+ headlights with $300 in components, you can imagine the quality.
That being said, if you insist. [Black]Fits 10-13 G37/G25/Q40 Sedan Switchback LED Signal Projector Headlight - OEMassive
But I would still recommend going to a reputable retrofitter or doing it yourself.

Retrofit them. Heard too many negatives about aftermarket ones. I've never really trusted non-OEM headlights/taillights. Now Morimoto, I would trust though. They made some for the 370Z just recently.
They are all over Instagram, just search around. OnEighty NYC, Socal Retrofit, Raul G Custom, JP Customs; to name a few. Best bet is to find someone local to minimize down time. They can add halos, demon eyes, LED strips, custom shrouds (panamera), custom paint scheme, etc. If you have the funds, another option is to buy the GTR ones, then have those retrofitted with better projectors. Look up realkunalsharma on IG, he has custom GTR ones done by GTA Retrofits.
