Those are custom made headlights.

Those are custom built by somebody. Plenty of shops that offer this service. Oneighty NYC, JP Customs, RaulG Custom, EvilHeadlights, Socal Retrofit. I'll be going with JP Customs because he's somewhat local to me.

Those are definitely custom, you could possibly replicate it. Just go on retrofitsource, pick up a light strip and a halo and try it out.
