So i want to change my g37 journey sedan body parts like rear and front bumpers and i was wondering if i could use g37x parts and install them on my car ?

 

The short answer is yes. The rear bumpers are the same in all Sedans, regardless of model or package, so that's an easier answer.

The front bumper is only different based on the Sport Package (or lack thereof), regardless AWD or Journey. And that will swap as well. It's pretty common for people to swap in the Sport front bumper. If I had a non-Sport Sedan, and damaged the front bumper for whatever reason, I would absolutely replace it with the Sport bumper. It just looks better, IMO.
