I've looked this up on and off in recent months and can never find answers. I checked the official manual and looked at the DD website. I checked various forum posts here and some YouTube videos. People claim to be "changing sidemarker lights" on their G37 but I can't find that on mine. I have a 2012 G37S Sedan. I only see a parking/blinker light, low/hi beam and the small light above the low/hi known as the "city light". Where exactly are the sidemarkers?
Keep in mind there's nothing on the side of the car, separate from the light housing.
From left to right I see parking/blinker, low/hi, "city light". Where's the sidemarker light? That other thing is just a reflector.
Sometimes people will mix up bulb names on me. Drives me nuts. I bet they are referring to the lights above the main light. Side marker, city light, whatever you want to call it. Converted mine to white LED

That's what it's been seeming like to me too.. that the same 1 light at the top is the sidemarker AND the city light. On the Diode Dynamics website there are options for BOTH of these on this specific year/vehicle. BOTH bulbs are the same bulb number too.
The city light is a small bulb that illuminates the low or high beam area. The sidemarker is the amber bulb on the side. Photo attached.
In the OP photo, the sidemarker bulb is lighting up on the side of the headlight.
Hope this helps clear it up!

Thank you. That is what I originally thought but when I look at my sidemarker I don't see a possibility to have a bulb and the manual states that there are only 3 bulbs and a sidemarker bulb would make 4.
Here are pictures. Is it possible that some variations and/or years of the G37 just didn't have bulbs there?
