G37 Sedan Rust On Trunk

I recently just picked up my 2011 g37 and the trunk is beginning to rust near the tail lights. Any suggestions on getting this fixed and about how much would it cost?

No idea on the cost, cheapest but maybe not best way would be to use the rust stabilizer you can paint over.

Loctite sells rust stabilizer then you can touch it up with touchup paint else you're looking at 500-700 to have trunk stripped and painted
