Had my grille wrapped

Just got my grille back from the professionals. Along the backside of the grille, some of the vinyl isnt completely sealed down in a couple areas. Is this something I should be concerned about in terms of longevity of the wrap or is it no big deal. Thanks

Take it back to the shop, looks like they used some cheap vinyl with crap glue, or they stretched it to much causing a lot of tension, which is causing to peel.

Yep, those areas that were not sealed down are inevitably going to peel over time, albeit very slowly. You can simply heat up those areas with a blow dryer and apply pressure to try and seal/glue it down. Just out of curiosity, how much did you pay these professionals?

Also, how did the front turn of the grille turn out? Any imperfections around the grooves and ridges?

I paid $80. The front seems very nice. There doesnt seem to be any imperfections other than the few areas on the back side that weren't completely sealed down.

Hmm $80 seems reasonable. I did the same exact thing with my grille, wrapped the four slats with black vinyl. Cost like $15 and about 2 hours of my time. I initially attempted to wrap the entire grille, but I didn't have the patience or the experience to pull it off. I am happy with the way it turned out though.

I have 3M Black Gloss vinyl and some 3M Primer 94 coming in the mail today. I plan to do the chrome spoiler and window trim. Maybe itll be a good idea to add some of the primer to the edges of the grille where it isnt completely sealed
