Eppar Mesh Grille Quality?

ive been trying to find a black mesh grille for ages. The only one I ever keep coming across are these Eppar Chinese grilles on eBay and Amazon and the reviews are all over the place. Anyone have one of these or know where to get a similar one?

I had one of these on my car for a while (sold by "CMOD"), the fit and finish is far from OEM, but if you're resourceful/good at body work, you can probably get the fitment pretty close. But I took mine off, because to me is still didn't look quite right.

Thank you for that! AutoXKits has one but the price is pretty steep. I'll have to save up for it I guess lol.

I sent a spare OEM grill away to a shop that does custom work, if it turns out well, I'll share the shop's name and results in the Sedan forum

I'm thinking about doing it myself, I saw a dude who cut the innards out with a cut off wheel, sanded it smooth and painted it and it looked pretty legit.

Was thinking about trying to do this myself as well. I did it on my 4runner, here is a video of how to:

Cut out internals and buy some mesh and screw in around edge, find your favorite emblem and epoxy it on. Here are some pics of when I did mine like 5 years ago.
Will try to find a spare to play with.
