2nd post on the 2010 G37X. I was in Phoenix for several years and the sun just baked my window trims, etc. Anyone know how to remove "gently - due to tinting" the Fixed Small window in the back seats? I need to replace the window seal.

Also, anyone have directions or thoughts on how to replace the Window Sweeps (outside is pealed off, etc.)
