I ****ed up my car

So the other day when I was converting from stock to led’s for the interior lighting, I’m not sure what happened but as I was installing the last light into the vanity mirror socket, and as I was doing so I think I shorted out something. My driver seat and steering wheel tilt stopped working also the auto up on the windows stopped working, along with my dome lights and mirrors. Can anyone help me solve this without the dealers help. I have a 2009 Infiniti G37x Sedan.

Don't forget to test the flux capacitor.

It's a good idea to disconnect the negative battery cable before embarking on any electrical mods or repairs.

Thanks guys. I solved the problem , it was the room light fuse the whole time, the spare fuse was messed up as well and didn’t even know ,until I bought new fuses and put it in, then boom all all the lights came back on lol.

This one should be a simple reset of the safety mechanism happens when power is lost surged etc... etc..
roll windows all the way down and then all the way back up and without removing your hand keep button depressed in the upwards position for ten seconds longer when window rolled all the way up this should reset the feature. Has happened to me after disconnecting battery.

They are insulated, and to get them hot would probably take a bit longer. I'd be laughing my @ss off if the battery blew up.
