Hello all, long time lurker first time poster!
I went to change my headlight bulb and I noticed the whole lens area was shaky. Upon further digging i was able to get this picture:

My question is what is this piece, is it something that can be replaced? I dont even know if this is what caused the bulb to go out on me.
