How do I take off the window panel for my Infiniti g37s coupe

Please elucidate. What do you mean by "panel"? Front windshield? Rear window? The fixed side windows? The interior sourrounds?

If you're talking about door panel screws are under the grab handle and behind the door unlock latch

Here's a link on 35driver, door panel is in there, should be basically the same for your G, be sure to use plastic trim removal tools
