My G37 X has an interior leak by the e-brake we have tried every possible thing that we can think of where is this problem originating

 

Where near the e-brake are you talking about? Mine has a leak as well, however it seems to be coming in from the front corner of the window. A little past the tweeter it seems, and then dripping down towards the area you mentioned.

 

on the corners of the sunroof there are drains. These drain travel down the pillar and through the firewall. They tend to leak right at the fitting in the firewall. It can be an inexpensive diy fix if you're handy (check the diy section for details)
