Foggy headlights

I did a search, I could not find this subject.
My headlight seem to be fogging up, Stupid Florida sun. But its more like the clear coat is coming off. Will one of the really good lens kit work or should I just save up and get new assemblies???

If it's on the outside it's a simple fix, if it's caused by condensation under the clear cover, then that's a much longer ordeal, and lights would need to be removed, opened up to clean and then resealed.
Here's the simple outside fix

And the more serious inside repair (this also includes paint upgrades, but will detail the R&R steps)

Fair tip, I took mine to my local Sams club and they take care of it perfectly. $30 comes with perfectly restored headlights and a 5 year warranty to redo it if it comes back. Cheapest I've found in my area.
