Pinch weld paint

I noticed recently that my pinch welds have been chipped up and missing paint from shops working on my car. Does anyone have this issue? Will they rust up if not touched up with paint?

I wonder if a body shop can clean them up and run seam sealer along the whole length.

i would jus get spray paint thats close and spray it
