Clear coat on spoiler gone

So i was getting the g detailing recently and realized the clear coat on my spoiler had faded off. Weird but i dont know, bought the car used, so whos knows. Looks terrible compared to rest of car, lost that shine.
thinking about maybe getting it painted or wrapped.
what would be the best and cost effecient options?

Wrap will always be less. I'm guessing under $200

Body shop may rape you with labor costs. I'm guessing 200-350.

It should cost the same or less 200$ to paint or wrap it as long as it's just scuff and shoot should be cheap
