So I went to a few places to get quotes around town. all of them said paintless dent removal was not an option because it is creased. All the quotes were right around the same at about $750 to bang the dent out and repaint. Ugh

I have something similar (a bit smaller) towards the fender. My fender AND my door have small dents in them.

I want to repair it one day, but I'm in no rush.

I would still check with a pdr business. Here is a fender I fixed yesterday. 2 body shops told this customer it wouldn't be possible to fix with pdr. This is a quick example of some of my smaller repairs. I've done entire doors that have been squished. I'll try and get some pics of a repair with damage like yours. I do about two a week. Like I previously stated, it can be made to look WAY better, but nothing can be done about the paint Crack of course....
if you want it perfect, paint it, but 750 is lots of money for something that pdr could make look pretty good for around 150.
