Because of how hot and wet it's been, and how complicated it is to access the passenger side light, I haven't tried to readjust it.

Purchased these fogs for my sedan and just finished installing them. I removed the bumper entirely in order to install them, I think this made the installation much easier and gave me a lot more space, but I think it could be done by removing the plastic underneath and wheel well too.
After installing them, I can say I'm about 90% impressed/happy with them. They have a great color and color flicker and throw light pretty far. One thing I wish was that they were wider, was hoping to have closer to 180* in width, these are more like 160-165*, which doesn't sound like a lot but it makes a difference. They are not as wide as the stock projectors either. This could be because I have the V2 units since they don't make the V1 units in the 'round' style that our sedans need. Ive read that the V1 units are wider by a considerable margin, but lack the color flicker that these have; can't say for certain though as I don't have both units to test.
The color of the units is great, they are a PURE white in my eyes with an ever so slight purple hint because of how white they are; much like the LEDs that come on other cars as OEM like the Q50 units. I am running Osram CBH bulbs (which are 6000K compared to the CBIs 5000K-5500K) and they are about a 85-90% match. Head on especially from a distance they look like a 100% match. However, the CBHs in the projector are slightly cooler in color on the road but actually look a little bit more yellow when you look at them next to the XBLED foglights which really are the purest white you can get. Ive had CBIs before and can say that they will be considerably more yellow/warmer next to these foglights.
Pics:
In this pic, they look warmer than the CBHs, but in reality they are more white than the CBHs, but I guess this is the natural of LEDs. Maybe a clear lens swap on the OEM projector units will help.

As long as you mount them level, they should come out perfectly. Incase you wanna adjust it after its already mounted, you'd need to cut a section of the plastic bumper backing directly behind the foglight so you can reach the adjustment screw.
