Tried to order a pair just now, and they're asking for shipping charges. So I'm "web chatting" with a service rep, and he confirmed that shipping charges are not part of the promotion...
...no, wait. He just corrected himself, and updated the configuration on the Promo Code. Free shipping is now included. Awesome.
And he just confirmed for me that the brackets are definitely part of the package.
And he just confirmed for me that Promo is a 25-count Group Buy, fulfilled after 25 orders with that Promo Code.

Yellow-tinted lamin-X film may be added to give them a 3000K yellow output, which further helps performance in the fog/snow/rain since yellow light can penetrate through particles in the air more effectively than white light can.

So far it seems I've counted about 18/19 people who ordered more or less plus a few(3-4) who said they well be ordering in a few days which would put us almost at the required minimum of 25 orders! 
we're getting very close !
Just got notice with a tracking number and shipping info from the Retrofit Source.
That was fast, we must have hit 25 pretty quickly....
What's that: informed at about 5:00 PM, ordered at 5:24 PM, shipping notice at 9:00 AM? That's great!!!
