Removing spray paint off grill

so previous owner spray painted grill black horribly and i was wondering if there is a way to remove the paint of the grill and front emblem without damaging the chrome?? pls help. thank youl.

Without damaging the chrome? No, there's not. You can strip it and respray it with chrome paint. Or you may be better off just buying a new grille altogether.

Jut like BB said, you are better off buying the new grill. The previous owner may have probably sanded down the chrome before painting and there is no way you can make it look like oem chrome with spray paint.
