Looking for a part number

I have a 2009 G37x Sedan. One of the rear cupholder spring thingys is broken. I have looked at Infiniti parts sites but I can't seen to find anything related to the rear fold down console.

Hope someone may have some info.

Thanks,

Flakman

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you will more than likely have to replace the entire cup holder assembly.

When the "spring flap thingy" broke in my center console cup holder, my only option was to replace the entire cup holder for over $100. I was able to fashion a repair that has worked exceptionally well.

Perhaps you can come up with a similar repair or maybe find a used cup holder assembly from a salvage yard or eBay. I know it bites but those smaller parts are just not available. The companies make more money on the whole assembly than they do the smaller components.

Good luck!

Hmmm...I have some plast-aid. Since I have the piece and it's just the part that fits into the cupholder that is broken, I may be able to remove the other side and fabricate the broken piece. I'll give that a shot. Otherwise it's not worth the $100 unless I can find it in a pick-n-pull somewhere for a good price.

Thanks for the info!
