Painted My Calipers / Got Windows Tinted

After a lot of research I decided to paint my calipers. And, with the help of a friend, got the job done in about 3.5 - 4 hours. (Ended up losing daylight, had to finish in 10 degree weather.)

I bought a kit from Duplicolor, and bought some brushes and sand paper from Walmart. Cleaned them down with the included spray, wet sanded and then applied two coats.

I also had a local tint professional do my windows in their home shop. (For about $100 cheaper than any business). Since I was about to move to a new state, and they have vehicle inspections and are strict enforcers of tint laws, I had to go with 32%.

The final results:

The tint looks good, I'm a little undecided on the red calipers with the sliver car... It doesn't look bad by any means, just something about it.

Pretty sure a few vendors here sell them. Or there's always ebay.

Looks really good. I feel like black or dark grey Akebono decals would really tie things together.

Very nice! I sometimes wish I went with a Z...

Personally I like the silver / red combo.

Looks good but a bit odd on a stock car.
