Help requested from headlight gurus

Like the title states. I have quite a bit of moisture in one of my headlights (thanks 180 Customs!). Monday I noticed that one of my headlights is out. The parking light, turn signal, and fog light are intact. However when I went to change the bulb it still doesn't work. I tried a second bulb to be sure. No go. So it must be a component of the electronics rather than the bulb itself. Is there a way to test this easily, to pinpoint the issue, and can it be done without removing the entire fixture from the car?

Next step I could think of is try switching the ballast. This of course will have to remove the entire fixture. Why not remove the entire fixture, check the ballast, and send it in to 180 to get the unit fix from moister. Or reseal it yourself?

180 is the reason my headlights have moisture inside them now. I had a less than satisfactory experience in dealing with them and won't ever do it again in the future. I was just hoping someone had some knowledge to share that might help. I hoped there was a way to be able to deal with this issue without removing the fixture although I was pretty certain that there isn't.

Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet and take it out and troubleshoot it.
