Nismo Add-On Spoiler: Anybody thought of this?

Was looking through the Nismo catalog and noticed this:
96015-RN001 Add-On Spoiler
NISMO ????????? 2014
http://www.nismo.co.jp/products/cata...14/pdf/290.pdf

The official description:
This front spoiler add-on will put even more show in car's your front
display. It attaches to the front lip of your spoiler to extend it even lower
towards the ground, further redirecting Aerodynamic forces to reduce
lift. If you drop your car height with this installed, it will give you extra
feedback on road conditions while protecting your original spoiler.
Installing this extension necessitates making holes for the attachment
bolts in the front spoiler.
* This bumper extension cannot be installed in one piece for the bumper with a not flat
bottom.

Looks like an official and purpose built version of the good old brick paver mod.

Any thoughts on this for our cars?
I'm thinking of putting it on the V36 Sedan Sport Bumper's OEM Lip
Can be had for $65 from various outlets.

That car that it's displayed on looks an awful lot like a G35.

yup, that's a g35. and the mock bumper outline in the catalog is a Z33. the part is universal though, and is seen installed on a variety of cars here:

$15 Home Depot special, slap a Nismo name on the box, charge $65 for the same stupid looking ricer crap. Pure genius.

I heard that Nismo would be selling cut OEM springs and plastidip touch up pens soon.
