Custom Steering WHeel

I made an impulse buy on ebay and made an offer on this steering wheel. He wanted $1300 but I made an offer for $800 that got accepted, did I pay too much or a fair deal?

I'd say you got a nice deal, looks like the one Rex Havoc got a while back if I remember correctly.

I'm not sure if you have Nav or not, but from the picture you may want to make sure that the left toggle switch is the one for the nav because it doesn't say enter like the one with nav. Also you're missing the phone buttons on the left side as well.

As long as you don't have nav that's a great deal. New those things run like $1300. I actually really like that wheel.

More power to you guys who would spend $800 on a steering wheel. I think the wheel you have there is for non-nav, non-tech. It resembles mine.

There are a couple missing as compared to mine, but different years might have different steering wheel layouts, or maybe something to do with installed options... I really don't know. The one he's showing seems to be lacking the BlueTooth buttons...

That is one NICE looking steering wheel, though!

I like the look of the top one and would consider having mine redone to look like that but with all black leather and white stitching and no cf.

From: Framingham Ma,
I'm not sure you need navi for those buttons since there for Bluetooth which we all have
Did you contact them and ask about the wheel having the buttons it Bluetooth?
I saw that to love it.

Is fairly easy, transfer the part from your steering wheel to the new one. I upgraded mine a little over a year ago and it all it took was disassembling the OEM wheel and transfer the parts. Hope it helps.

Yes it is easy to transfer but he won't be able to use the carbon fiber bezel he is getting with the wheel,he will have to use his own! As far as a fair price not sure I agree... IMO it looks great but won't feel half as nice and soft as the one I'm selling in the classifieds for less than half the price, you can't beat the feeling of suede and premium leather with extra padding.
