2013 headlight aim problem

So went from a 12 to a 13 sedan and for the life of me I can not get any tool in the small as crack to aim the headlight. Had no problems on the 12 but something seems different on the 13 fender, less room. Any advise?
I even tried one of the bendable screwdrivers.

Why does you 13 need adjustment? What's wrong? Within 12 months or xx miles your dealer should fix things like that.
