Dash Cluster Light Flickering

I just purchased my 2008 g35x less then a month ago and my tachometer light is flickering and the needle gets stuck around 3k rpm on the freeway. It gets un-stuck once I get off the freeway but it has been around 95 degrees so I'm ASSUMING that is the problem. I've searched to figure this problem out but seems like its just the led going out. Then I saw that some have had battery issues as well but I'm guessing this is not a symptom to that because other accessories work fine in the car and starts just fine. Therefore I've decided to replace the whole dash cluster but I'm not sure which cluster will be compatible bc I have a g35x, will a g37 non awd work? Will the newer updated cluster work? Thanks in advance
