Is there anyone willing to sell ipl front bumper for good price...?

Ive been looking for it over 2 months since the dealerships' price has gone up to original price, and couldn't find anyone selling it but dealers... Best price I could find was $1000 from CZP but its still too expensive for me... If there is anyone willing to sell it for under $1000 please let me know!!!
