Stage 2 LED kit from DiodeDynamics

About to order the interior LED Stage 2 kit from diodedynamics. Does anyone have any experience with this led kit? any flickering/issues? any better alternatives/cheaper options?
thanks in advance.

Someone in the "Mod Regrets" post said they wish they didn't put in DD LED's .... I have had great experiences with lots of LED's from V-LED.

I bought the reverse lights (stage 2) and they are brighter then stock but not what I was expecting. My tint is 20% and I thought it would solve my problem of not being able to see out the rear window at night, well it did not. Its a lil better but not worth the money IMO but on the plus side, I can see better outta the back up camera.

I replaced all my interior lights with stage 2 from DD and license plate light. No issues with flickering or anything. I also replaced stock HIDs with their 6000K and 9006 HID conversion kit for fogs.

Highly recommend, they will just be brighter than you expect, but look really good.

That was me. I had the stage 3 for the interior. I had some problems with the LEDs themselves. They would "glow" even when off, they would flicker, the "plate" led tape was not good at all.

Problem isn't with the company. I have since replaced them with vled and haven't looked back. I even replaced all my other lights with vleds. They're a little more expensive than DD, but I believe the product is far better.

I also have a friend of mine who replace his d2s, DRL, fogs with DD and has since then replaced them under warranty 3 times due to defects, flickering, or burning out after 30 days.

If the OP would like to talk in PM about my reasoning, that would be ok.

I have the Stage 2 LEDs with no issues at all. They are actually really nice compared to my previous VLEDS. I have Stage 2 all around but went Stage 3 in Trunk and License plate.

Just received the kit from Diode Dynamics: (nice of them to label which LED is what)

The stage 2 LED kit is much brighter than the yellow look of stock bulbs and gives the interior a clean look.

Before Map Lights:

After swapping the left with LED Kit stage 2

Replacing Both Map lights:

One thing to note if you order a kit, make sure you do NOT order a LED light for the glove box, the coupes apparently do not have a light installed (or at least mine does not have a light inside the glove box)

it's there. you have to take half your passenger dash apart to get to it....but it's there.

follow the DIY for the cabin filter change on here to get to it.
